Tonight is the night and if you are lucky you may be able to still grab a ticket to join a crew of us at Sociable Kitchen & Tavern in Brantford, ON. It's going to be a one of a kind craft beer / food pairing experience with a crew of passionate beer geeks and food fanatics from The Brooklyn Brewery and The Charcoal Group.
I have been a huge fan of Brooklyn Brewing for some time now. Brooklyn Brewery is made up of a rich collection of characters from all over the world and their brewmaster goes above and beyond by also doubling as a head chef. They have a diverse group working for them from musicians, actors, writers, crossword enthusiasts, directors to athletes, home chefs and scientists that converge in Williamsburg every day to work on one thing: making Brooklyn Brewery beer delicious, adventurous and available to all.
and besides saying I visited Brooklyn just sounds badass to me!
So tonight is a night that will be remembered by my taste buds...
Five of Brooklyn’s thirst quenching beers will be paired with a five-course meal thoughtfully crafted by both the Charcoal Group Chef Team, The Bauer Kitchen's Executive Chef, Chef Brian McCourt and Director of Culinary Development Chef Michael Hodgson, alongside Brooklyn Brewery’s very own Head of Culinary Programming, Chef Andrew Gerson.
This is the 4th year running that Brooklyn's team has hit the road to bring a multi-city international tour celebrating local food, music, art, and beer.
